Dave, Newfie's partially right. You didn't go far enough east. You should have moved over here in New England. Great roads with lots of curves, and no more snow than you're already used to. Seriously, congratulations on the move and good luck. Maybe you should join us in August when we Invade the Rock and we could all Ride to the Edge. |

DAVE!!! YOU DA MAN!!! So glad to hear you are coming over here. My shop is in Appleton and I will be at the Appleton HD Open house May 15th. If anyone wnats to ride up with me from Milwaukee to visit/meet Dave that day let me know! (weather Permitting, last year it rained in the morning and I had to take the cage there, then stole my Dad's sporty and rode out to the show.) I am so looking forward to Appleton being the #1 Buell shop. I think I may even wait to get my bike serviced till you show up!!! Consider The Kool-aid graphic in the bank. |

Thanks again for all the congrats and well wishes. I can't even sleep! I am very excited and even a little nervous about this huge change for me. It was a very hard decision to make for me. All the people at Appleton HD/Buell that I have met seem top notch. That and already knowing(thanks to the internet)Buellers already in the area will make this transition much easier for me than it would be otherwise. I'm looking forward to becoming a cheesehead! Ride to the edge! Dave |

Congratulations Dave. Well chosen place: You can ride early toward the mountains, with the sun on your back, and return in the evening, again with the sun on your back. Hans |

The name will not be that, for sure. I already thought of it and it's waaaayyyyy too lame. I have no idea what we'll call it. Anyone have any ideas? Ride to the edge! Dave |

Dave, Welcome to Wisconsin. Appleton is a nice area, my wife is from Manitowoc (Oh yeah, have fun learning how to say the nearby city names!) which is pretty close to there. We'll definetly stop by before too long. JT |

Congrats Dave!! The cheeshead bug got planted last September when you came up for the Battletrax. Come fall I know you will be wanting to get in the Woods. My brother-in-law lives in Oshkosh(~20 miles south of Appleton) and does nothing but hunt from September to January. If you need some places to go, he can probably help you out when you want to get out in the woods and sit and clear your head. There is great hunting in the great "Northwoods" of Wisconsin also. Congrats, Dave! I, for one, am selfishly happy as you will be closer now. We need more supportive Buell dealers around here- the more, the merrier! |

No sneaking allowed Dave, Buells are NOT quiet enuff for that. Welcome to Wisconsin Bro! I for one will be riding north to Appleton on a regular basis unless my local Buell dealer gets its act together....and that has not happened yet to my satisfaction, no fault of the service department, upper management has the proverbial HD 3%'r attitude. |

Does May 15th conflict with anything else the Wi/Il clubs have going on? Appleton is having an open house that day and I'd like to have a big Buell turnout. Be a nice feather in my hat to have the parking lot full on Buells that day. What do you say? Who can make it? Ride to the edge! Dave |

Dave....I should be able to stop by that day. Are you going to make the Slimey Crud? I'm thinking of heading down on Saturday afternoon/evening. It'd be great to have a riding partner. |

Lake, I don't know. My weekends are going to be pretty filled up since that is the only time I'll get to see Penny(my wife) and it's a 600 mile round trip. Stop by the shop on your way though on Sat. If plans change I will let you know. Ride to the edge! Dave |
