Steve, yes got new tires coming, Jolly side plates sitting in living room along with all three isolators and billet front motor mount. New rear brake pads and have a back up rotor off my S1W to go on. XB rocker box conversion with catch can. Also have a rebuild kit for the CV40 carb. Or I have an extra HSR42 that I have a rebuild kit for that I may try. Bike has Thunderstorm heads, pistons, Andrews cams and screamin eagle ignition. Have all the paperwork of what has been done to the bike, what has been fixed or replaced and Iam the third owner. Only 9000 miles. 83 HP. Also has a killer paint job with custom white stripe that is pinstriped with black. |

Very nice Jeff! The bike looks sick! Motor build sounds identical to mine. I have the same top end, cams, ignition on mine with nearly identical power (84 HP). |

Thanks Ross. Its actually 83.8 HP and 76.0 on Torque so right on par. Thought about doing a 1250 this winter with ported XL heads etc (don't want to mess up the Thunderstorm heads)and a Mikuni flatslide. Probably have Dan hook me up. |

Rocker box conversion finished and catch can installed. Rear brakes and rotor done as well. Front rotor coming today. White Marchesinis should be here shortly as well for a differant look. Tires to be mounted shortly as well. Michelin pilots. All three isolators will be changed out too as well as the front mount. Coming along nicely. Bike rides nice and smooth. |

Fixed the oil leak at the oil tank. Guy I bought the bike from was using an o ring around the drain plug. I took it off which by the way it was split and put the stock thin aluminum washer on. Tightened up and no leaks. I did use just a little yamabond 4 under the head of the bolt as well. All good. Adjusted the clutch today behind the derby cover and along the cable. The cam chain needed tightened a little as well. Changed the trans fluid too. Put the formula + in. Bike seemed to shift and ride smoother. Front 9 pin rotor on. Will be taking bike to Jolly's place next weekend to do all three isolators. Will have new pilots on for the trip as well. Looking forward to riding. The S2 is an awesome bike. Not as much power as my S1W but so smooth and damn does it get the looks. |

Joe, one of the rides I'm thinking about doing is running back roads to Harpers Ferry probably Saturday 6 Sep, so if you are free we could meet up. It will be Jefc73, KCZombie and myself. were going to install side plates and ISOs on Jeff's bike then spend two days doing some riding. |
