I have a CR and got wheels and need a rear sprocket. I know you have tracked a CR and R. I am trying to get a whole set ready pull off and switch from track slicks back to street.

If I buy your rear sprocket how tough is it to pull the belt each swap? How is CR gearing at the track? I know it depends on the track but is it way too low for most?

I am getting the mount kit and EBR rotor. I run A pace at track days, a few seconds off the fastest CCS experts. What pads do you recommend? I'm not sure if I want to try to pull pads at each wheel swap or get a pad that will work with my stock rotor on the street and new EBR on track. I appreciate your suggestions.

Also interested in your front fairing. Any pics? Do you have a mount/stay?

I would think regular belt-swapping is impractical.

If you want to go r gearing, I have a swing arm, R rear rotor here. That's all but the belt. As for which gearing is better? That would depend on the track ; ) I probably wouldn't change your gearing though unless you just want each gear to last a little longer.

I don't have a fairing stay. The front fairing i have has about 2,000 track mile son it and I have a could of stickers on it. Photos would have to wait a couple of weeks. It's also crazy expensive to ship those things because they are huge and need a ton of packing material to stay safe.

Any suggestion on a front pad? Do you think swapping 2015 EBR race pads at each wheel swap is realistic or should I try to get a track/street pad and just leave them in? Any experience with EBC HH?

It will depend on your skills on the brakes and the racks you run, but I get more than a single front tire out of a set of 2015 pads from EBR. Those are my favorite pad so far.

The EBC Extreme pads might work for you, but they will not wear as long as the 2015s. If you like a pad with less bite and a linear feel, try the Performance Friction. I don't like them as they aren't "right there" like other pads. They last forever, too.

I will also add, I believe a chain drive is essential to this bike for racing. I went for a long time without one, and now I really wish I had prioritized it as one of the first items.

It makes such a huge difference to be able to adjust the gearing wheelbase of the bike. I get much better tire wear, too.

Update -- some parts moved to e-bay as well, so there are some good deals to be had. Dropped a couple of these prices, too.

Bodywork:
* Relatively new tail section, black, good condition $75
* Relatively new right side pod, good condition, $40
* Relatively new front fairing $50.

Chassis and Powertrain:
* $400 Relatively new Forks, Left and Right. Great condition. About 1500 miles on them.
* $25 '08 Rear Set bodies, no pegs. These have a lot of "love" on them includes Stock Pegs, showing lots and lots of love.
* $50 70 T belt pulley (1125r rear sprocket/pulley)
* $25 ea Quan 2 (!?!?! how did I get all of these?!) Belt front pulley/compensating sprocket
* $50 for Two full clutch baskets, springs, bits, etc.
* $200 1125r stock exhaust
* $100 09 stock ecm
* $75 OEM rear shock, modest use
* $25 Clutch OEM master cyl, no lever, low use, good condition.
* $20 gas cap w/ 3 keys
* $50 '09 swing arm, with axle, about 2000 track miles on it. Good condition, mechanically perfect.
* $50 '09 rearsets, fairly little use, both left and right sides with idle wheel but no heel guards.

Controls:
* $100 Quantity 4 brake levers, 2 are new, 2 are scuffed or bent slightly, all usable, quantity 1 clutch lever, minor damage, would prefer to sell whole lot as a set of spares. (this is a smokin' deal)
* $25 Set of sliver XB levers OEM, used good condition.
* $10 ea used quan 2, blinker side control switch module

Free to a good home, Pickup Only:
* 2 horns
* noid, pickup only.

Crash Parts:
* $25 crashed but totally serviceable stator side cover -- would be perfect as a spare under EBR case slider wouldn't even see the damage
* $25 '09 clutch side water pump engine cover with water pump and a blown water seal. If you cracked an engine case, this would be ideal, but it needs new water pump seal, otherwise in good condition. Relatively new.
