I have recently aquired #361...Build date 10/94.. Im not sure at this point if I will be able to title in Canada as it has a MN USA title, with the previous original owner a USA resident in Canada on a permit...It was last reg. in MN in 2009.. I have the signature series plate and envelope in perfect cond. I may have to part this 1 owner, 60000 mile, original snap red patina out... it came with shallow saddlebags and deep lids, a NOS in the box header, service and owner manuals and assorted other items... I will be selling the NOS header and saddlebags for sure,,I have NO saddlebag bracket...its frame and title could be sold with a clear, lien free MN title which i have.... Anyhow, We have found #316, which was originally purchased at Twin City HD in 1996...if anyone is interested in the header or saddlebags {offers}, I will sell them now. PM me for details onahog@yahoo.ca |

I will post pics and prices later this week after I find out if I can title this in Canada without a whole bunch of BS from customs, RIV etc...If not, the WHOLE Bike will be parted out & posted here, then ebay.. Unfortunately, but what else am I gonna do with it other than keep some stuff for my S2T...HB |

It's your bike to do with as you wish, but this is disturbing..... really unable to be more eloquent than that right now.... |

I don't get it. If you can't register it in Canada, what is wrong with just reselling the whole package (bike and parts) to somebody else stateside? It's no secret how I feel about people parting out Tubers but, when it's an S2, I actually get nauseous. |

I agree. Sell some of the extra bits, but if someone offers to buy the whole bike...keep it together. Don't put yourself in the poorhouse - sacrificing yourself for a motorcycle is dumb - but if you can come out ahead and keep a great motorcycle on the road...everybody wins, right? But, it's your motorcycle to do with as you choose... |

If sanity has anything to do with the titling process, they'll check it against a hot sheet, find that it isn't stolen, and issue a title. May sanity prevail. |

I think you've earned some serious karma points for saving an S2. Don't spend them all in one place |
