Henrik needs to sedate and ship Court to us for an debriefing. BBQ just out of reach and other torture instraments will be needed to get the beans spilled. Dave Gess will be needing a little work so he gets the Job of writing it all down and the books profit ,kids in school an all. Court would squander them on BBQ and a Porsche. |

Why worry about it? They come out when they come out and they are what they are... |

Yea, but it's fun to speculate and hunt for tid-bits of "classified" info across the internet. |

Does any one know if EBR will have a showing at the International Motorcycle Show in Orlando? Sure would be a perfect time to unveil next years line-up. |

Court, That road looks familiar. Looks like the road I took from NYC to Skinners falls in the 80's. |

Beautiful country there, great shot Court. I have friends in Marlboro and I've been blessed to see that area in both Spring and Fall. I haven't seen a more colorful scene anywhere else I've been. |

Just read KTM is producing an 1190cc bike. There's your new engine maker. Right? |

> There's your new engine maker. I hope not. That motor is a grenade, and nothing like the quality and durability of the Rotax mill. |

I believe KTM has been using that 1190 in their RC8 for a few years now. I doubt KTM would want to give a future competitor their engine. |

This is a remarkable story, I sincerely hope that record of it will be published one day - and also hope that someone nips around with a copy for Wandell and shoves it where the Sun don't shine |

The EBR 1190 and the KTM 1190 are related as are eggs and golf balls. |

The newest Road Racing World magazine has a paragraph on who own the rights and who is manufacturing the 1190 EBR engine. They also have a great review of the AMA EBR bikes, Chris Ulrich rides Danny's #69 and has some good stuff to say! I'd divulge but you should pay the $10 a year electronic subscription. |

If you look up the thread a ways you will notice I called it EBR built since Daytona. When Rob's 1190 dropped a valve I saw the look on Eriks face in our garage and knew it was an EBR motor. |

I shoulda stuck in a smiley face to show I was taking the piss. I'm glad EBR is building everything though it sounds like a LOT of work. My 1125 will be paid off early next year, I thought I'd like a Guzzi next, but if the new bike lands in a similar price range... |

They are definitely 1125 motors that are stripped and rebuilt,by EBR to 1190. I've recently had a rod, piston, pin and ring pack from them. When I asked if they could supply me a piston the answer was "yeah, how many do you want,we've got loads" I didn't ask for the rod but they threw it in anyway. Just about to order 2 more...3 out of the 4 pistons in the ex development motors I got off them have done the pins and piston. Little end rod eye ok but pistons galled, |
