A: Sure. It's too cold to ride anyway B: No Way. C : I'll wait for it to come to TBS next month. So far, it looks pretty cheesy (my apologies to you Wisconsin residents). But it's supposed to be cold and rainy all weekend so who knows..... |

I will probably go see it this weekend. Although you are right it does look cheesy (gotta be better than Biker BOYZ) but how often does a movie come out about our beloved life style. |

the fact that it is from the same people who brought us 2 fast 2 lame and 2 fast 2 lame 2 and that other vin diesel disaster, i don't think i'll watch it even when it shows up on tv for free. |

You'd have to pay me, and a helluva lot more than the cost of the movie tickets. My time's worth more than that. |

went to a preview put on by mtt turbines. better story than biker boyz, but you have to leave everything you know about physics and motorbikes out there where you buy the popcorn. better than getting rained on. if you get the dvd when they pull it from the theaters in a couple of weeks, the interview with ted mcintyre is shot behind our shop. 1 1/2 stars tim |

So why can't movies in this genre have any resemblance to reality? Is that too boring for average Joe moviegoer? I can't remember a movie centering around the motorcycle lifestyle that wasn't a gross exageration since Easy Rider. |

I can't remember a movie centering around the motorcycle lifestyle that wasn't a gross exageration since Easy Rider. On Any Sunday is the only one that comes to mind. Oh, and Mask; I knew some bikers in Louisville during the '70s that could have dropped right into that film. However, I don't remember any movies centering around the motorcycle lifestyle that weren't gross exaggerations before Easy Rider, either. Unless you consider The Wild One or Wild Angels to be realistic. |

That movie is going to be a waste of life that I can never get back. So, no not going to watch it even for free. I will go to this one though. Faster Movie Trailer Craig

I won't be going to that Squid Recruitment Film. There are so many things that piss me off in the commercials to insult my intelligence, I can't stand watching them. All I do is count how many stupid things I can find. Like when the guy jumps on top of the train, locks the rear, and slides the bike to the right. Pretty impressive while not using the rear brake with his right foot on the ground. Of course, it's all digital, but couldn't they at least make it slide the only direction possible. I love fantasy, and I can even suspend belief but at least make it look possible. |

Anyone remember this? Little Fauss and Big Halsy Other than "On any Sunday" it was one of the better ones to show "The life" |

Hey! Nobody mentioned CHiPs (The TV series) California beach babes, 4x4s, disco music and hi speed chases! Actually, I went and saw Big Fish instead. |

In the commercials on T.V I could have sworn I saw a new Xb. It wasn't a close up shot, but It showed this bike sliding under another one and it looked almost like the XB faring and mirrors. I dunno maybe I'm seeing things. |

Heh...you're shitting yourself if you think they'd put a no-name bike like a Buell in a movie... Wait, didn't they put one in that Banderas flick? That didn't really count as a movie, though, right? Was Big Fish any good? edited by darthane on January 18, 2004 |

Darth, I thought Big Fish was a great movie, especially if you can somewhat relate by having had a father who had 'been everywhere, done everything, and walked 10 miles up hill barefoot in the snow to get to school.' |

After the movie I watched last night, Torque might actually be a huge improvement. Saw Charlies Angels 2, what a frickin joke. Stunts that were so impossible & so stupid looking. I dont think Torque could be anywhere near as bad. |

Don't waste your time! I feel stupider for going to it, the worst movie I have ever paid money to see since I was a kid- no exaggeration. Most of the riding was computer generated, and that that wasn't, wasn't even impressive. Biker Boyz surpassed it in this area. There wasn't even any good ol' knee dragging worth watching, just one pretty lame scene. I think the movie should've been marketed to kids, who would love it, but there are too many guns, violence for that, and a little drugs, too. |
