This is NOT the way this story is supposed to end. When I first saw the RIPs, I thought it was for Kevin's battery. A sad windy dreary day.... RIP Kevin, Godspeed brother. Zack |

Man, that is terrible news. We, his Buell family, are going to miss him, even though most of us have never met him. What a terrible loss. Our condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace brother. |

Rest in peace Kevin. I can imagine no better way to go than while doing what you love. I'll miss the updates and still look towards making a similar trip someday. (Message edited by schwara on April 02, 2012) |

Very sorry to hear this. Doubly sorry since Kevin seemed to be a real stand up guy by all accounts. My thoughts are with those that are closest to him and my sentiments echo all my fellow BadWebber's. God speed Kevin. |

"I'll miss the updates and still look towards making a similar trip someday". +1. I started following his "on the road" thread back in November 2011. He definitely had an adventurous spirit and will be missed. |

I logged on today for the first time in a while just to see if Kevin ever resolved his Uly issues. I can't believe this. My heart goes out to his family. |

I've just got back to sw Portugal after 5 days riding, to northern Spain. I couldn't wait to check this thread to see whether Kev had solved the Uly's problems. I can't believe I've just read all this. It's just so sad. I didn't know him but felt I did. So so sad. |

Hey guys-please keep us posted on any further developments re: memorial services and such. Knowing how passionate this community is about fellow Buellers, there are probably some of us who are interested. BWB Mods- This thread is getting some traffic, can we change the title of it to reflect the tragedy that has happened to one of our own so people who open it up have an expectation of what is going on? So cool to see such support for someone most of us have never met. Y'all are the best. BeLinda. |

Anyone here who personally knew Kevin? It would be nice to know where to send a card or something. He sure seemed like a heck of a good egg to not personally know someone who could find out something from a family member to post here. Yeah. Froggy can you change the title of this thread? Perhaps to something like "Canadian World Traveler, Kevinaye, Suffers Tragic End on His Ulysses". |
