Hey Bryce and Bryan, thanks for the ride yesterday I had a blast. It was nice to finally ride with some sporties (and fellow Buellers) as that was my first group ride with any sport bikes. Hope I didn't slow you down any!! Hope we can do it again soon.

It did turn out to be a pretty good day. Always good to meet new friends and put faces to the names.
We ought to have a couple more chances to get out and ride.
This weekend will be out for me though. Looking to road trip to Detroit. |

I'm game..... just let me know when. I'm gonna ride until it snows and the cinders are spread all over the roads....... I had a blast on the ride. Seems every time I go on a ride with those guys, I do really stupid stuff......but it's soooo much fun.......... I can't help it...... |

Hey guys. I was talking with a friend of mine who used to be into sport bikes way back in the day. I was telling him how I found myself doing some stupid stuff but having soooo much fun.
Now he has a '68 Honda 450 and it's a beauty but I can't get him to ride the darn thing. Oh yea, he also has a 1980 6 cylinder Kawi but he won't ride that either. |

Looks like the weather will be alright except for Sun. I think I'm gonna go for a little burn this afternoon. Like in about 15 min......
I sadly enough, only have off on REAL holidays
That guy sounds kinda ass-backwards to me. I couldn't see going back to older technology... I started out with old bikes like that (not THAT nice) and there is no way in hell I would give up what I have for them again. Besides..... fuel injected motors are so convenient.... |

He's old school but he did have some state of the art stuff but that was back in the 70s and 80s.
I'm getting a new tire tonight and hopefully will be out this weekend. If plans change or Sunday looks good weather-wise, post a note if you feel like riding or shoot me an email.

If the weather is on the good side..... Should be back from Alexandria by then. Going down to pick up a cap for the truck.
On another note, out tooling around this afternoon. Came across that S1 we missed getting a look at last time. It is a piece of work to say the least. The owner lives over that way, I know 'cause I bumped into him today. Nice guy and really plays down his bike. Some nice touches that I would like to get some shots of. He said if the weather is good, he will be out and about next week. |

I was wondering if anyone reading this Storm Fronts knew what BRAG events Battlefield Buell has planned for the summer. For once I'm going to be home for the better part of it, after August 7th anyway. I've got a trip across North America planned for the summer, and would like to swing by Battlefield and meet up with all of the local Buellers on my way back to Hanover for a kickass party at my folk's place.

Jan, saw you in Strinestown. I turned around about a mile down the road and came back to the 83 diner. Saw your bikes and walked in but couldn't locate you. Was going to buy you breakfast. Give me a hollar next Sunday and maybe we can ride. Baseball keeps me pretty busy in the summer. |
