Author Message   Dman Posted on Thursday, March 11, 2010 - 09:09 am:        I got my fender elim kit from Jardine, looks goood, but the plate mount has 3 holes in it drilled kinda in a triangle fashion, they don't match up even close with the plate holes, how I should be mounting the plate to it? Is there another part I should get, or should I just be rigging something? Thnx.   Jeepinbueller Posted on Thursday, March 11, 2010 - 09:13 am:        Unless they've updated their design, the FE from Jardine for the 1125s has only one mounting fastener (Torx) at the "tip" of the triangle. The other two holes are for you to transfer the grommets over from your stock fender and fish your turn signal wires through. I have two, I got one for each bike & somehow managed to pick the wrong one up when sitting down at the 1125, it ocurred to me when seeing that pic you posted. Dang it, I stoopid. The screw slides right in no problem. With the flat angle of the plate though, if it required the other two mounting points it would not work at all. Even though I had my doubts before putting it on.
