I don't own a Buell yet, but I am on the brink. Right now, my primary ride is a Yamaha Roadliner - a good bike. I am really intrigued with the Buell(s) and the riders of them - I love how raw and real they are. How many of you guys came from a metric or European bike? |

Yahama YZF600 and then a Triumph TT600. The Yamaha was a good starter bike back in the day, the Triumph was some sweet wheels for a full fairing inline 4 sport bike. Wouldn't trade the XB9S for nuttin tho. |

I traded my 03 Road King for an 09 Uly XT just before Thanksgiving. Demo ride blew me away. Made the deal on the spot. Had a Dyna Low Rider that I traded for the King and an 883 Sportster that I sold after 3 months to buy the Dyna. 40 years before all this, I had a 1957 Triumph. The Uly looks like a keeper. |

Dirt bikes! I grew up riding any and all of them but we had mostly Hondas and Yamahas in the 80's! Then I took a long hiatus from motorcycles. When I came back to what felt right for the transition to street bike mid-life, I bought a Buell. I've had no regrets. B. |

Pretty cool. I enjoy the Roadliner but am looking for something with more "edge". Also have a Yamaha WR450 dirt bike. I am 48 and have had a bunch of bikes. I have been searching and searching and just can't stop looking at the Buells. Focused on the Ss now, |

Dirt bikes growing up. Honda mini trail 79 YZ 175 (175cc DT engine in YZ 125 frame) 89 YZ 250 First street bike was a 1985 600R Ninja. What a basket case that was when I bought it. It was a great first street bike and I learned a lot from wrenching on it. Now I have the XB12Scg. Awesome bike! I just can't say enough about it. I'm with Klinc and would never want to part with it. I love the simplicity of the air-cooled V-twin. The bike is just an artistic engineering master piece. To me, it's priceless. |

Roadliner is a 1900cc V-Twin, air-cooled cruiser. Aluminum frame, belt drive. I get people at stoplights asking me what it is (and they usually drive away disappointed that it is a Yamaha ). It's a big comfortable cruiser.
