I emailed the realtor last week on this, I got no response. Think it is due to the Po Po being so hard on them down there? |

I wonder if the local enhanced traffic enforcement has anything to do with this? Could be an opportunity for someone, or not. |

I also emailed the realtor, no responce. The owners are selling because they want to move to a more populated area for their kids. I can completely understand this move, as it is, their kids have no friends to hang out with and play. They just had a new baby recently, this birth upped the population from 6 to 7! That is a 14.3% increase in the population! lol. The guy that updates the website stated something to the fact that the police presence will be the same as last year, but the b.s. ticketing should be much less. It sounds like they are going to try to make their presence be the deterent to the asshatery that sometimes goes on. |

Present owner seems to have dumped an awful lot of money into the joint. I wonder if the increased enforcement is hurting his business that badly? |

If the real estate agent is non-responsive then contact an agent in another company linked to their local MLS system. A non-responsive agent is not good in the current market. Pass this info on to the owners as well so they can buttkick their listing agent a bit. |

How much? I'd really like to make a go at it. If it made enough a year for me to get by, I consider that to be a success. |

The Dragon is almost too popular and TWO may wind up that way in another few years. What we need to find is the next Deal's Gap/TWO type place. There have got to be a few similar "undiscovered" concentrations of twisties left in the U.S. The ticket would be to find some place like that and start your own new "motorcycle Mecca".

Maybe the realtor is not taking your emails seriously. He says on his site you must be prequalified and sign a non-disclosure statement. I know the place has to be a money maker. If I could only swing the financing. |

I'd really like to make a go at it. You could be a new BadWeB sponsor! You'd have plenty of Buell business. |

If a person is service minded and likes working 18 hour days; it would probably be a great place to own/operate. However, as the owner, you would likely not have ANY spare time to ride! |

So just the resort? The resort as well as their home, on a private lake. If a person is service minded and likes working 18 hour days; it would probably be a great place to own/operate. However, as the owner, you would likely not have ANY spare time to ride! For me, it would be a labor of love. I am sure it is a hell of a lot of work.} |

Glitch, I say Little Switzerland (area,) or 221 from Blowing Rock to the bottom. 221 is just as good as 129 and it has zero LEO presence. 181 from Morganton to the BRP is awesome too, but it's a higher speed run with plenty big long sweepers. I'm going up tomorrow too As soon as I get a new transmission in my truck I'm outta her for the day and me and wife will bunk in the Blowing Rock honeymoons cabins |
