This is a good topic. I'm looking for a good 2 or 3 place trailer for a 12S, Blast, and a dirt bike. NOT enclosed, though that would be nice.Anyone have any suggestions on a make/model? Towing isn't an issue. It would be for long hauls too. Thanks |

I've been looking at the Interstate Cargo Trailers. Just need to save me some money for one. Interstate Cargo Trailers (Message edited by SouthernMarine on October 25, 2004) |

I just use a Jeep Cherokee and a little 4 by 8 utility trailer. Made by Aztek and I think I paid $500.00 for it brand new. Cost effective and works great for one bike. |

Go to your local junkyard and pick up an old axle and some decent tires. Then stop by your local metal shop and pick up some steel rods (of your choice) And weld them all together. Then you can go to your local home supply store and pick up some decking board and stain. A pretty easy endevor and can save alot of money. and if you take your time you can have a nice trailer for next to nothing and one Saturday afternoon. I forgot to mention you will need a ball hitch. |

That Interstate trailer, with one bike in it, plus some gear is light enough for my Kia Sedona to pull. I thought about building a trailer, but decided that if I'm gonna have a trailer, I'd prefer and enclosed one for many more reasons than just towing my bike. Harbor freight sells some cheap options that you can work with. For less than $500 you can put together a really nice open trailer. |

I you are looking for "top of the line" or options you can't find anywhere else check out: chariot trailers Ultra light, ultra pricey - but good stuff. Oz I actually considered buying one, but spent the money on parts and tools to FIX the bike so I could RIDE IT! |

I like the 460 horse Volvo with a 45' tri-axle sliding side box-van. But that's probably a bit big for your needs. |
