They can sell to all those Under-25s looking for a good sportbike after all! That's what happens when pencil pushers get involved in something they know nothing about. The entire premise is flawed. There's no such thing as a "high risk" motorcycle, only high risk riders. If they implement this, they'll see a huge surge in the number of "low risk" bike accidents, and SAAQ will be left scratching their heads.
