Working as the Autocad Helpdesk Engineer at a company called INCAT. It is pretty cool, I am training and setting up stuf now along with some small tune ups in Autodesk programs, but so far it is fun and pretty cool. I am also close to my old comic book shop again I wonder if I will get the Dilbert Humor now that I have my own cube' LOL |

Cool...I've actually been there. Last March I spent a week in Novi taking a couple I-DEAS FEA classes at INCAT. I think the instructor's name was Jason. |

I don't use AutoCAD as much as I used to, so I'm going to call you to talk me through my Unigraphics problems. Congrats! TK |

Congratulations. INCAT is one of our service vendors. Haven't used AutoCAD in probably a decade now, started with it prior to ver.9 (2.6 or something like that on an IBM XT 8086 I think). Now using I-DEAS and migrating stuff to Catia, I'm on a Unix box while everyone else here is on a PC for the most part. See if you can every once in awhle let us know where the jobs are opening up at, okay??????????????? Spidey: "Hello, INCAT helpdesk, may I help you?" Dilbert: "My mouse doesn't work." Spidey: "Turn it over and see if someone removed the ball first." Dilbert: "Hmmm, just a hole, no ball, thanks, must go kill Wally now." Spidey: "Dweebs" http://www.unitedmedia.com/comics/dilbert/archive/ index.html This one was pretty good: http://www.unitedmedia.com/comics/dilbert/archive/ dilbert-20080125.html |

I run AutoCad for my job. I gotta say, I don't enjoy calling Autodesk Help Desk when it is neccessary. I always feel like the guy on the phone is Nick Burns, "your company's computer guy" ..."MOVE!!" But I rarely have problems with my software. |

Sweet! I guarantee you will understand Dilbert very, very soon. And you will begin to understand why "Office Space" is the 2nd best movie ever - (after the Big Lebowski, of course). |

I never really got Dilbert or Office Space until I started working at the insurance office. I still need to destroy my fax here though |
