so rat buell says i can use an m2 tail section on my s3t to convert to a solo seat.has any 1 done this? and if so do they have pics?(please post them)and more details!does any 1 have an m2 tail section in black for sale?id be very greatful for any help on this subject | ||

Well - there is no solo seat for the M2. An M2 tail will get you an M2 seat which is a 2-up seat. He may have meant an S1 tail, but I don't think that would fit an S3 frame. You are probably going to have to go custom. Or I could be full of it, its early after all Kilroy | ||

It is hard to describe without pics. The M2 tail will fit on a S3 frame. BUT the S3 frame has a little extra on the back end. The extra frame, would be covered by the larger S3 tail section. As stated above the M2 tail has a 2 up seat. The 97-98 M2s have a narrow tail while the 99-02s have the wide body tail. |
