I am getting some spewage from my primary vent hose that runs up my tail section on my 00 X1. I have scoured the forum and it seems that a common issue is the crank seal. I am hoping to be able to replace the crankseal soon. I would also like to put a catch can on the end of that hose. How do I make one?

The spewage will cease once the crank seal is replaced.

If your worried about it put a small fuel filter on the end of the vent hose.

Thanks, do you know what size diameter that hose is?
