Does anyone know of any other rear pulleys I can put on my 2000 X1 PM wheels?? I HATE that almost solid black beast!! I want something shiny and that I can see my PM wheels thru. I appreciate any help.

You tried the sporster I take it? I almost bought one yesterday, thanks for saving me 400 bucks.. I have looked around like crazy looking for aftermarket ones but no luck so far: (

What happened to the cutout-polishing service American Sport Bike used to list? When their web-site got converted, havn't seen it anymore.

They enlarge the holes, and polished the outside shiney. Exactly what you're asking for.

There's couple of places in Germany that still show this on their sites, but I don't have the links on this pc. I can't believe nobody in the US would do it anymore though.

What really gets me is the X1 stuff disappearing. They stopped making the bike only 5 years ago but it is like a ghost to all the suppliers!! What the F*** Even my local HD/buell dealers treat it as a antique. I have spent countless days searching the internet. Sucks!!!! Maybe I'll just go have my sprocket machined and polish it myself.

You can get the pulley in natural. My local shop got me two 55 tooth pulleys. One was the black centered one and the other is a natural center.
