It appears Jon sold the same front wheel to Chaser, about a week before he sold it to me, i.e., double sold the same item.

As I did not hear back from Jon, called his lawyer (got it from WI public record website) and left a message on Mon. No return call from his lawyer either.

Do you really expect one?
Heck, lawyers don't do anything without having someone to bill for it. Since the lawyer is already working for the other guy, answering you would be a conflict of interest.
The exception being if you filed charges. Then, only if his client requests him to handle the matter, will he respond via the legal channels such as the court, your attorney or perhaps even you with a peace offering.
Considering the assumed wrong in this instance, it looks like a Small Claims Court matter anyway. Then again, this is an internet transaction and different laws most likely apply.
Don't know what the laws are regulating internet transactions are and sure would like for someone to either post them or direct me to a website where I can read about them. |

Maybe Jon instructed his lawyer to not call me. I don't know. I'm still looking into the WI court system to see if there's anything I can do to stop this guy from pulling the same scam. |

I am starting to feel like I kinda got hosed by the guy that went by "gonen60". I paid for three shirts, got two, and now no emails, no calls, no shirt. Anyone else dealt with him or maybe know where he went? He was the guy doing the lighters and all the graphics.

Yes, I think so. Frankly, I've spent little time other than quick glances; my apologies if I have maligned the wrong person.
We spent years keeping the Harley-Davidson and Buell logos and branding seperate. I think it behoves neither Buell, nor HD to have some inbred looking logo.
I've owned LOTS of Harley-Davidsons; have a good number of friends there and appreciate them for what they are.
I've owned LOTS of Buells; have a good number of friends there and appreciate them for what they are.
I, up front, confess to beign overly sensitive and defensive.
