I sent him a USPS Money order Certified mail for $500 dollars he accepted it on 11/10/40 for the following Items Brand New XB9R Wheels and Tires Front wheel: 6 spoke cast, 3.5x17; Stardust Silver finish Rear wheel: 6 spoke cast, 5.5x17; Stardust Silver finish Front tire: 120/70 ZR17 Rear tire: Dunlop D 208 180/55 ZR17 Rear Diamond Highlighted Sprocket (Polished) XB9R Front and rear rotors He said he sent the items on 11/15/04 (package said the 19th) I just got the wheels on 12/04/04 the address was messed up my last name was mispelled and my condo unit number was not on it. Thank god the postal guy said could this be for you Josh. I still dont have the pollished pully and rear rotor which I paid him for. But I have the wheels 24 days later | ||

lol he just told me tonight the ONLY way i could get his rims is by NOT going COD because he has been ripped off using that method of delivery before. And he did the same thing to me when sending the carbon fiber,It took almost 3 weeks because he said the address i gave him was invalid and the package was sitting somewere in a USPS building with nowere to go. This is his reply to me when telling him about this thread and that id only do his rims for COD. Keep in mind this started YESTERDAY so hes obviously already sold the rims. "hey. i think this guy is trying to scam me. what previous shipping incident are you talking about? me being kind enough to throw in an extra $100 fender for free? i've been scammed before and try to protect myself from it. i do not do COD's...sorry." Just for the record here, I mentioned some dealings I had with Jon over a year ago. At that time he was also selling some rims from an XB. Now I dont know where he is getting them all from, but I know of at least 4 people he has supposedly sold rims to. Only 1 of which I can verify ever actually received them. He may be very slow to get you stuff & definitely lacking in communication skills, but I havent seen any actual proof of him scamming folks. Blake, thanks for hopefully taking care of that butthead pic or whatever its supposed to be. Very disturbing. | ||

He definatly sent me the wheels and for proof. I can take a picture of them with something if anybody wants to see them. I just cant figure out how to post an an image again. I m still waiting for the rest of the stuff so hopfully it will get here soon.
