While cleaning my bike I noticed one of the fork bolts are missing (Upper fork clamp pinch fastener?) is missing. I am attaching a pic. Does anyone know what the part number for this is? They Harley dealer blew me off but if I knew exactly what to ask for my life would be a lot easier. Also, is the torque spec on it 20-22 ft-lbs? Thank you.

Don't! I noticed that same thing drooling over a 9s in the dealer before I bought my 9sx.

It was a clue that the Uly was coming. The beak mount was there before the Uly was announced.

I saw the Ulysses at Calif Buell/H-D long before I knew this forum existed...
So your advanced insight was moot for me.

and if you did put a screw in there, I sure would not use 20-22 ft-lbs torque. I'm guessing you got that from the SM and it is for the actual fork clamp pinch bolts.
Way too much for such small threads in Aluminum.
More like single digit ft-lbs, or until "snug" with some blue threadlock.
