I want to install an oil temp gauge on my XB.

Does anyone know a location where i can install the sensor with having to drill any holes?

I haven't really looked into the details of an oil temp install yet, but to get one without drilling holes the only place that comes to mind is the oil line leading INTO (not the return line) the oil cooler. Installing it on the wrong end of the oil cooler will get you the temp of oil that has already cooled below the level in the engine.

john, just reach down and feel the oil cooler. if it is warm, you are good. no wires needed.
