I do not have dealer access.

However, vin's can also be check by insurance agents, and local law enforcement.

You could also try registering at Buell.com > Owners. Use that same info at HD, it will probably recognize you anyway. At the HD link, you can check the VIN. Pretty sure they don't link VIN to owners in the total sense.

All that's going to give you is an idea of warranty info and a hint of what service is needed.
