BIG DADDY, Im gonna say that its not too bad. I am about 210 though and I am 6'4''. While I may be a bit compressed, i really dont notice that much. I am using the 9s pegs on my bike that give me an extra inch. Your just gonna have to test drive one to be sure though. |

Big Daddy, If you ride one and decide you like it, but want more room, as noted, you can put the 9S pegs on there, and Gonen60 recently swapped his handlebars out for 9R bars, so he may still have the 9S triple clamp and bars to trade. Bryan |

Bryan & Mookie, Thanks for the advice. I plan on riding one of BuckinFubba's XB's in about 20 days or so. I just can't wait -- like a kid at Christmas. I've probably put 15K miles on, in my mind only, a XB12R since I first saw the pic on buell.com. I'm looking forward to being an unemployed Buell rider -- until the wife makes me get another job Greg |

bigdaddy, I know how you feel. I had to spend a month and a half waiting for my rider edge course and knowing that the day that I recieved my endorsement i would be able to bring home my xb9. it seems as if my daughter took less time to arrive than my bike. mookie 0 job/ 1 wife = no money to ride, chores to do before riding 1 job / 0 wife = money to ride, oh wait... alimony

Brian, You're killing me dude, just killing me. Something like 14 or 15 days (daze) and I will answer the call of the singing Siren. Did you cut the sleeves off yet? Greg |

Just, come home from germany ( 1000 km day trip ) I was broken , but my little bolt was purring like a kitten ( did 160 km/h that’s about 100 miles/h most off the time, trying to keep up with the guy’s on the busa & VFR didn’t work btw F%#& those are fast bikes, the busa made a 320 km/h run passing me at top speed ) Only 24,000 km on my little bolt , and just got an offer to swap my bolt for a X1 02’ with all the goodies & only 10,000 km on the meter, I turned the offer down !!! And I’m sure that my little bolt won’t turn me down Gr,m

Bud, You know I envy anyone who has a Firebolt there in Germany. So many great roads and the views are just unbelievable. One of these days I will make it back there. Ben |

Ben, I know what you mean, I go to Germany often to have some fun I only hate the highways over there especially in the dark , with all those german cars going 250 km/h with the Xenon lighting on gr,b

Thanks for the many replies. Someone earlier asked about where I lived so they could point me toward a good dealer for service. I live in Los Angeles, about 3 miles from Bartel's Harley-Davidson in Marina Del Rey. Is that a good dealership? I know it's a big one. |
