I'm on the road a bit working for abi and I was wondering if there are any places that rent buells? Im going to st louis next month and back to LA at in november and would like to be able to rent a bike for the weekend. I dont know if any dealers around my way that rent them so I was wondering if places did in general

Blasts were added to the rental fleet last year IIRC. But who knows how many dealers actually have some for rent. Tough nails on renting a XB, though. Talk to Spiderman, he might know of something coming down the line, he handles rentals at American.

I know you've got one, I just meant that he might know if there are any plans to allow renting of XBs, period, not necessarily from him. I know he'd already have one if he could if for no other reason than being able to ride it home when MJs down!

Ooh...mail! Yeah, I need to go home.

Cruise America (esp Las Vegas but I think LA also) used to rent S3s.
What are you doing in St Louis?

You got me thinking for the next time I visit the US id like to rent a Buell. I did find one place that claims a Firebolt in their rental fleet but its mostly Blasts.

They're in Ohio But I wouldnt know how far in state they or you are, hell it could be a 20 minute ride if youre both on the border ;)

If you're ever in Florida you can rent an XB9 in St. Petersburg.

Jim's Rates:

$135.00 per day
$99.00 per day (two or more days)
$270.00 for 3 days
$595.00 for 7 days
...Also must have major credit card with $2,000.00 security deposit....

not like renting a car -- wonder if I could borrow Pammy's scoot.

The rates are typical. I was looking into flying to the west coast and renting a bike. A BMW dealer wanted $200/day and had a 200 MI/day limit! Not to mention the security deposit.

Hey, I didn't say they were cheap
