I talked to Kevin today at Drummer (super guy BTW) about the rebuild for the XB9. We talked about the comparison between his rebuild of the stock muffler vs the Buell pro exhaust. He claims (and I believe him) that his rebuilds of the stock exhaust sound better and out-perform the Buell pro exhaust. I am ready to send my exhaust to him, but first I wanted to hear what you guys/girls think. Does anybody have any experience with both exhausts. Thanks!!

Iv'e heard nothing but good things about the drummer. The buell race can sucks its too quiet for me. I went with a jardine pipe and like it.

I had the standard Drummer for 9 months then I installed the Drummer SS. This is after having the Pro Series muffler. The Drummer way out performs the Pro Series muffler. Get the Drummer.

I have had a stock can, the Buell race can, and the Drummer on my XB9S.

I much preferred the Drummer for the following reasons:

1. Better low end torque
2. Better sound
3. Better looks, esp. with the Fatlet.

Can't really ask much more of a muffler than that, can you?
