Has anybody ordered from R&R customizing in Germany? I placed an order on their website and got an email order confirmation, but no shipping information. I emailed to ask when I should expect recieve my order and have recieved no response. I hope my order will eventually show up, but what other recourse do I have? Has anyone else ordered from this company? What can you do when a seemingly operational company won't respond? I went to Babel Fish and translated my email into German just in case, but still no response. I just placed my order on the 2nd so I don't want to overreact, but the non-communication is frusterating. Any advice?

Well I also ordered some items from a overseas shop. And I have been waiting a lot longer than you have. From what I was told Aug is the national vacation month in Europe. The deal is most buisnesses shutdown for the month. It is suppose to help.

I would give it at least 2-3 weeks before I got really worried. Also you can try calling them just to make sure.

Thomas just sent me an email update, they had been at bike week with no one answering emails, but my part shipped out the day I was charged and it should be here in less than a week. Thanks for the response, I can get pretty OCD when my mind is free to wander!
