Does it necessarly mean that the front fork seals are blown, if they have leaked?

Mine have leaked, but I have not noticed any performance change. Also I've only got 6000 miles on the bike, and it just seems very early to have this problem.

So could they leak a bit without being blown, or am I just gonna have to bite the bullet and get it fixed?

If your fork seals are blown, and you have to have them repaired, it might be a good time to investigate upgrading the springs and valves by a competition suspension specialist, especially if you are an aggressive rider, or do track days.

IMO- Springs yes, that may help get a good base for your weight.....I cant see any need to screw around with the present stack on the valves, just fix whats broke. The forks on the XB's are absolutely wonderful.
