After experimenting the last week with a 1125CR 2009 model with our own developed Torque Hammer exhaust look here:

http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp? guid=YXHFSC&aid=1936&cid=0&s=torque hammer&a=

Today i finalized the fuell map for it on the STOCK ECM. The bike is running beautiful, strong on the throttle, pulling like hell, and so smooth.

Here are the results SAE corrected 143.8HP and 112 NM of Torque.

Very nice, Easy! Do you have a baseline run for the CR that you can share with us for comparison?

No, I directly started with this customer with my base fuel map.

I only have it from my own 1125R.

I am getting some new model bikes from the dealer after Holiday

Wait a second I put them together, here you are:

Is is possible for a USA Buell owner to get this tuning?

How would it be accomplished?

Send me the original ECM, then pay, and I send it back, Install it, reset TPS and start driving..

Easy,just curious, did you shut down early on the stock run, or does power drop off at 9.5k with stock tuning? Amazing work,very nice!

Is there a 'full system' Torque Hammer in the works? (headers + slip-on) If so; when would it be available to buy? I love the fact your exhaust actually BOOSTS midrange where all the other 'straight thru' slip-ons (Jardine, HMF, D&D) seem to lose midrange power. Keep up the super work!

T-Man, Yes this winter, with a fuel map. It took me 1000 dynoruns to develop the slip-on, that's what you get when you make a slip-on with love ore just because it's a slip-on (-;

Easyrider; what advantages can we expect from a full system version of the torque hammer over the slip-on? Thanks!

Ridenusa4l, I really don't have it, the exhaust header we developed is on our race bike (which is not stock). I still have to test the header on a street bike, And My Holiday starts today, I leave to France on the Buell, with my girlfriend and back 8th of september.

I ride on my 1994 Buell S2. I just love that bike.. (-;
