"Buddy" gets an aggravated assault charge. "Some dude" gets on I-80 and starts heading for home (75mph). He got an attempted murder charge. This Florida retard should be charged with the same, agg assault at least. I've talked to a few old time bikers who relate stories of people trying to run them down, simply because they are on a bike. This story sounds like a similar event - "I guess I didn't see him, you know how it is with motorcycles..." I agree, clean the gene pool - bad liar, stupid and/or hateful, this man needs to be shown the door out.
