All you have to do to get yours is go to Cool Springs Harley-Davidson/Buell, in Franklin, TN. and buy a SE Road King and they'll throw in a Buell Blast! for FREE. --at least that's what the flyer/ad says. This, coming from a dealer that has been a Buell dealer for just a month or two (they've been selling HD's for over list for years). It kind of annoys me in that just last summer, a good friend of mine with a S3 stopped in up there and asked the Service Mgr. could they order him a part for his Buell, the Mgr stated they "don't want anything to do with those POS Buells" So now they have a XB9S and couple of Blast!'s on the floor, and they are giving them away as tokens to get you to buy a SE Road King, that I'm sure they want way over MSRP for. Sign me up! ...yea, right...  If needed, I'll still travel another 60 miles to the dealer I bought my bike from. They ain't perfect, but they have hung in there with Buell through thick and thin. -=falls over laughing=- Man, we should all just start wearing mics and recording equipment any time we step within 500 feet of a Harley dealer and record all the horrible shit they say about Buells/about dealing with Buells. In no time we'd have enough for a slander suit against BMC's parent organization's many rude offspring. LOL...so basically you're paying $23K for a Blast, because that's the only one of the pair you'd catch me on. Bryan |
