 I just wanted to remind everyone in the NorthEast that we will be having our “Buell Day” on Saturday, August 20th. In addition to everything I have listed on the website, I hope to have all of the 2006 models we have received to date available for everyone to see. I wish I could attend. I already let Jeff know that I will be out of town for the weekend. I do agree with the statement that we should, if all possible, show Danbury Buell support. Looks like Woodstock H-D will no longer be a Buell dealership after Sept. That leaves Danbury the only one within 120mile north of NYC. Besides, the folks at Danbury are great and seeing how many Buells in the parking lot belong to the employees makes it a great haven for us Buellers. Hope the event goes well and everybody has a great time and ride. Till the next one........... | ||

gomo- i'm seriosuly confused about your statement. what about BHD and Kosco, both within twenty miles (north) of nyc, which, if i'm not mistaken, is within 120 miles. further, kosco is buuying o'tooles (in wurtsboro) and will likely have buells there, as well. i'm all about supporting danbury (even though they're not keen on returning calls to applicants), but they're not the only game in town... | ||

So it's kosco buyin out O'tooles huh? very nice.. hopefully they will bring there buell line with them. No personal experience with them but have heard good things about them from others. And close to home. Am still partial to Danbury at this point we'll see what transpires i guess | ||

I visited Danbury on Saturday for the first time and sat on the Ulysses ,they now have my deposit. I wasn't able to ride it , as it is already promised to another, still I don't need no test ride, I know the bike is great, I bought the XB9S without a test ride after all I was impressed by the staff and the set up there, they seem to have a genuine interest in Buells and in getting more of them on the roads. | ||

Glad to hear that you all are looking forward to it. It should be a fun day. If you all enjoy this event, we can do a few more Buell Days next year. I have been putting together info packs on track days. If this is something you are interested in, I can organize a few Buell track day events next year. Or maybe group rides are your thing. If you have an interest in that, we could do more of those. I am here to help make it happen so let me know what you would like us to do. Buelluk – Congrats! Like I said, the Ulysses is AMAZING right?!?!?! Our lead service tech Dan prepped the one you sat on. He races local dirt flat tracks on the weekends. He said he was very impressed when he took it out for a test ride. That is saying a lot considering his racing background. | ||
