Thanks.

I need to replace mine also. Does anyone have the specs for the washers for the front motor mount? I've searched but can't find them.

Grade 9 bolts, I think the same as F-911 bolts, 180,000 psi tensile strength.

There are Grade 9 washers available, from McMaster Carr, maybe Allen's Fasteners.

Can I just use grade 9 flat washers or do I need "D" washers?

Dont forget we are warned not to remove these bolts for no good reason by Buell/HD. The warning is on the New ISO install sheet. You are warned to not remove those bolts for the hell of it. Doing so will weaken the threads and cause damage. I had to extract one bolt already many years ago. I marked the new Bolts from American Sport Bike with a sharpie and they have not moved. I think I just used some Nickle based AntiSleeze Made by Loctite ....in the holes. Yes I am still using the OEM style Alum mount too!
