Very nice until you get to the seat/subframe, which just looks unfinished/home made to me : ( I do like that tank cover though : )

Pretty cool. I don't know if I agree with the last sentence in the article..."Buell’s ugly duckling has been transformed into a swan".

Ugly duckling?

For a bike who's physical transformation took place in Italy I would make the statement that it could've came out better and in a lot ways it seems unfinished.

Cheers.

Oddly enough there is a Magura on fleabay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BUELL-XB-MODELLEN-MAGURA-H YDRAULIC-CLUTCH-KIT-2003-2009-/370809081839?pt=Mot orcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5655f18fef&vxp =mtr

I assume purpony would be up to the task of adapting this...

I checked for a hydraulic kit from American Sport Bike. Al said they quit selling them because they leaked.

Twin Cycles has a kit:

I looked at the magura kit and talked to them, but I want a radial master to match my radial brake

Why not get a Brembo radial clutch master and use the Twin motorcycle slave set up? Or am I missing something?

Or you could use a Nissan radial. Their set-up uses any 14mm master cylinder, I think.

Ill have to look at twin motorcycle.... I was looking at using the magura slave with a 12mm brembo radial. Magura calls for a 10.5mm master but they say a 12mm will work but have just a slightly harder pull. I just like how the slave on this big red bike and billet2race master cause its shorter and line comes off the top... Looks like it would clear my bankes shifter better... Id have to redesign the bankes mount for sure to fit the magura...

Nicely done, compared to some of the "Custom" horrors we see..

I like the tubing tail section its ok, who knows the owner may add a cover later

Every tuber I've owned has been an X1. The "ugly duckling" comment doesn't hurt my feelings - it's true. They don't have to stay ugly though. }
