I see Daniels' lawyer has now gotten hold of Cohen's emails too. While the emails, could conceivably come from other sources (still most likely illegally obtained), Cohen's financial records would have only a single source. The banks could not release them without a court order, such as the one obtained by Mueller. So unless the FBI has a parallel investigation of Cohen going on that we haven't heard about, which is very unlikely, the list is down to Mueller's team. It's way past time to put an end to this charade. Anyone know if a lawyer is protected, like the press, for receiving leaked information, that is a clear violation of the law? | ||

Harvey the Hollywood mogul/fundraiser/abuser tried to get out of his crimes by promising to destroy the NRA in a new project he made up on the spot. Someone on the NRA PR committee, has to be drooling about the prospect of that project, and the boost in membership it would provide. | ||

Listening to the radio this morning and heard about one of the Russian's that were indicted has decided to go to court to clear himself. At that point they will ask for all the information they have against him. The judge, a Trump pick, has said they have there right to a day in court. So will Mueller hand over all his documents or drop the charges? Should be interesting anyway! | ||

I doubt Mueller ever saw this coming. Just assumed the Russians he indicted would stay in Russia. No doubt they are doing that, but they can play havoc with Mueller with lawyers. Would discovery cover everything involved in the "Russian Collusion" investigation? I would kind of think it would have to. | ||

Like the Harvey Weinstein case, everybody in the government and lobby circle in Albany & NYC knew. Only afterward do they run around virtue signaling that they knew..... Just an admission that I lack the self control and wisdom to properly manage an appropriate response to women beaters, and am more likely to foolishly toss them through a plate glass window in public, on security cameras, and he caught in the act of screaming "how do you like it?" while committing an illegal act of vigilante justice .
