Donald J. Trump Announces Major Campaign Hires

Mr. Trump Appoints Stephen K. Bannon To Campaign CEO; Kellyanne Conway Promoted To Campaign Manager

(New York, NY) August 17th, 2016 – Donald J. Trump today announced that Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon has been appointed CEO, temporarily stepping down from his role with Breitbart News to work full-time on Mr. Trump’s campaign in a new position designed to bolster the business-like approach of Mr. Trump’s campaign. In addition, nationally respected pollster and Republican campaign strategist Kellyanne Conway, Founder and President of The Polling Company, Inc./WomanTrend, a privately held, woman-owned corporation, has been promoted to Campaign Manager. Paul Manafort will remain as Campaign Chairman and Chief Strategist.

“I have known Steve and Kellyanne both for many years. They are extremely capable, highly qualified people who love to win and know how to win,” said Mr. Trump. “I believe we’re adding some of the best talents in politics, with the experience and expertise needed to defeat Hillary Clinton in November and continue to share my message and vision to Make America Great Again. I am committed to doing whatever it takes to win this election, and ultimately become President because our country cannot afford four more years of the failed Obama-Clinton policies which have endangered our financial and physical security.”

These announcements come at a time of significant growth for Mr. Trump’s campaign, with the first major TV ad buy of the general election slated to start later this week and with additional top-flight operatives joining the movement on a near-daily basis.

Mr. Bannon, once recognized by Bloomberg Politics as the “most dangerous political operative in America,” will oversee the campaign staff and operations in addition to strategic oversight of major campaign initiatives in addition to working with Mr. Manafort. Mr. Bannon, who goes by Steve, holds a Masters in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Breitbart News, Mr. Bannon was an Officer in the U.S. Navy and also owned an investment bank that he sold to Societe Generale.

Ms. Conway, a highly sought-after pollster, will work on messaging and travel frequently with Mr. Trump, while working closely with Mr. Bannon and Mr. Manafort on all aspects of the campaign moving forward.

Paul Manafort, Campaign Chairman added, “It is imperative we continue to expand our team with top-tier talent. Steve and Kellyanne are respected professionals who believe in Mr. Trump and his message and will undoubtedly help take the campaign to new levels of success.”

I really enjoyed his speech too. Too bad the MSM doesn't show any of it!

As far as the Free Masons, my father was a 32 degree mason, a Shriner and a member of the Scottish Rites. He used to drive burn victims from St. Louis to Cincinnati for treatment and drive back in a day. I've been to the Shriner's hospital during toy runs and handed out toys to the children there. They are doing great work. When people get all weird about the "secret society" it cracks me up. Go read the book, Born in Blood. It gives you the whole history. Did you know they were the first bank? Actually it was the Knights Templar who would guard travelers to Jerusalem. The travelers would give their gold/silver/whatever money they were using and give it to the Templar's. They issued a paper with a seal on it. During their travels they could not be robbed. When they reached their destination they turned in their "note" and were reimbursed, for a small fee. The world's first travelers checks!

I really enjoyed his speech too. Too bad the MSM doesn't show any of it!

They have been ORDERED not to show any of it.

Trump emphasized, several weeks ago, how important it is to "break through" the mainstream media. He has called them out at every opportunity as the lying, parasitic whores that they are.

What's important to remember is that the MSM is doing what they're told to do. Who's giving them their marching orders?

The Fed Gov, plain and simple.

One of the things I've tried to accomplish by posting-up transcripts and videos (including links) of Trump is to help him break through the MSM. It's a small thing on my part, but it's something I can do to help him win the presidency.

On a related note, I read just last night that of the 29 "provisions" (or chapters, or whatever they're called) in the TPP, only five are actually related to trade.

What's in the other 25?

Well, even Congress doesn't know 100% for sure, and if THEY don't, it's certain WE don't.

However, it's rumored that much of the TPP actually relates to regulating the internet.

Think about that for a second.

If the Fed Gov, under the auspices of the TPP, actually OWNED the internet, much the same as they presently own and control the narrative spewed forth from the "traditional" alphabet-soup media, well, imagine if we didn't have "alternative" media to source and disseminate truth.

Imagine if the internet someday, likely sooner rather than later, morphs into Pravda.

The TPP makes NAFTA looks like child's play.

Of course, one is not likely to hear anything negative about the TPP from the mainstream media.

In fact, the subject is likely not to come up at all.

If you like your internet, you can keep your internet.

If the TPP passes, we will have signed away, via a binding international treaty, our last vestiges of a free Republic.

Our Founding Fathers warned us, repeatedly, about our present administration.

In fact, they created a unique form of government to try to prevent such tyranny.

They fought, bled and, in many cases, died for our freedoms.

The very freedoms that have been damaged so badly during the past 7-1/2 years.

Trump, obviously, is not God. Trump is not even a god.

Trump is just a man, albeit a very SMART man (I've read that his IQ score places him in the 99th percentile).

He, by all appearances, appears to be an honest man.

And, if he is to be believed, is a patriot.

One needs to ask themselves: "When November comes, will I vote for this man?"

I'm of the very strong opinion that this is the most perilous time in our nation's history.

The current pResident crowed about fundamentally changing the United States of America.

Sadly, he (and the bastards and bitches pulling his strings) have been horrendously successful.

IMO, there's only one chance to save our Republic: Trump.

One last thing: For anyone who's made it this far in my rant, BE YOUR OWN NEWS DETECTIVE! The MSM is lying to you. They are under orders to do so, and between now and November it will only get worse.

Best,
FB

Bet you 5$ that the TPP has a section on gun bans for citizens. It's a secret document not available to the public and not even most of Congress.

When they hide something this big you know you will pay. And pay dearly.

Don't forget Obama greatly admires the Chinese dictatorship and it's power without limits or consent.

If TPP passes it over rides our own laws. And Constitution. Since it's the communist Chinese & White House writing & concealing this monster you know you are the intended victims and those who Bribe Barry who will get your money.

So they won't even report a political speech from their enemies?

That's the most potent weapon they have, to choose what not to show you.

anti-trump editorial.... with some wise stuff having nothing to do with The Donald.

American conservatism, unlike traditional European conservatism, is liberty-loving because we are defending the revolutionary ideals of classical liberalism. Classical liberalism holds that the individual is sovereign and that he or she should be judged on his own merits, not according to his tribe, his class or faith. Identity politics is hemlock to this vision.

I’ll say it again, conservatism is about more than classical liberalism, but a conservatism that doesn’t conserve classical liberalism isn’t worth conserving.

I will say, that despite the hype, doom & gloom despair, completely over the top hyperbole, and the naked accusations of racism and incompetence.... not to mention felonious acts & temper tantrums.....

That this election cycle is going much mellower than I expected.

Not one bit of my observation above on the depth of manure being slung is new or unique in American history. We have had equally entertaining elections before.

Now I freely admit I add to the heat with little light in these discussions, and I truly believe that the folk I accuse of being horrible creatures of greed and lust for power, really are such monsters.

They are People too, with human wants and foibles. Unique individuals, just like everybody else. ; )

Despite the assaults, the paid protests, and the cynical manipulation of hate for power, it has not been nearly as bad as 1968. Cleveland & Phillie didn't burn.

Oh, yeah, it could get worse. But summer is fading fast and I really don't see the mass hysteria of past weirdness. The protests have been very directed and for the most part are deliberate paid for activities.

This really pi$$es me off and I want the folk responsible in prison.

But the small scale that agitprop troops are limited to by current "rules of engagement" also limits the damage. (ROE = try not to make it so obvious that CNN has to report it straight )

Mostly. So far. We can hope.

So peace to all, and remember we mostly argue about which POS is worse. ( and of course it's OBVIOUS, Right? : ) )

You really truly are a conservative. Conservatives just are "classic liberals". "Classic" being what is to be conserved, the true intent of the Constitution and the preservation of the rule of law as such.

It's not fair to blame the daughter for following her father's example.

I suppose in turn it would not be fair to blame Obama for being influenced by the lies his mother told him about his bigamist communist dishonest father or the anarcho-communists he sought as mentors in college or the mass murdering communists who started his political career in their living room and baby sat his children.

But he's had decades to learn better.

More importantly his decision to follow his holy cause led him to screw his children out of a normal life. The fact that his faith is literally Satanic ( per the last Christian Pope ) does not do him proud.

Did anyone expect Obama's kids not to want a good time on vacation? Attending a rave with armed bodyguards ordered to keep her out of trouble. Who only acted when the police were called to pull their principle out of public trouble.

Barry no doubt gave her crap for getting caught. Only because it makes HIM look bad.

I see I posted that on the wrong "President" thread. Anyway, didn't mean to blame her. That's pretty much expected when the parent is proud of doing the same in his youth, and suspended enforcement of federal laws on the subject. Honestly, its more of a point of hypocrisy to scold her on this, rather than play the part of the proud parent.

It's this sort of belief that created the 2 party system and one of the problems with the entire political system in this country.

Perhaps. Perhaps not. There are plenty of lefties that hate Hillary. I know a ton of them. They won't vote for Trump but they might vote Green or Libertarian.

What if the Libertarian candidate got a high enough % to participate in the debates. Do you think Johnson could have a chance to win the election when people see and hear that there is a candidate that actually isn't a bozo running for President?

Listen to people talk today. Clinton just got a likability % in a recent poll of 40% or something. Trump was at 39%. The last election where anyone had likability ratings so low was 2004 and Bush has 53%.

This is the perfect storm for a 3rd party to step forward. I'm hoping it happens. The Rs and Ds can all go to hell as far as I am concerned. They are part of the Oligarchy that needs to be destroyed.

Maybe. But right now is not the time to take that gamble. The makeup of the supreme court is at stake. Lets wait until we aren't about to have a bunch of judicial retirements to siphon off votes to a third party. Have you forgotten how Clinton because president? No one on the left voted for Perot.

3rd party?.
Since the Democrat Party aka the Klan Party aka the Alinsky Party has both ferocious enforcement of Party loyalty & near total dominance of the propaganda machine a 3rd party will only hurt Trump.

The Republican Establishment Leadership would love not to have Trump around deposing their crony fascism so a third party just elects Hillary. They figure they are better off in power as a minority than under Trump so a win for Hillary is a long term win for them. Not for you.

In other words a Libertarian party can only act as a pro-Hillary pusher. A spoiler for Trump. A loss for their own ideals.

The selfish attitudes of the politicians who prefer to keep their power and fear actual reform make any 3rd party a spoiler for Hillary.

Sorry but you know its true. Many of the old line Republican Establishment are all about #NeverTrump who has promised change that won't make them richer.

Jeb would have received across the party support except those sick of business as usual. And even they would have mostly gone along just to stop Hillary.

Trump is hated by the Republican leaders.

Trump is hated by the Democrat Media.

More than enough reason to support that which evil hates.

Trump won't be able to pull the illegal crap Obama does. Reason to vote for him. Hillary will be able to pull that crap. Reason to vote against her.

Keep in mind I do not like Donald. I do not like him Sam I Am.

But Hillary is an insane choice.

And really the freaking cliche is true if you don't vote for change ( Donald ) you ARE voting for corruption and dishonesty and more war for those who bribe Hillary to protect their power.... the Arab sheiks & super rich Tech moguls who want cheap foreign labor.

I think that more accurate than the idea of not voting for Trump is a vote for Hillary, would be "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing".
