I am looking at buying some alpinestars one-o-one riding shoes. Im not sure how they fit compared to other brand shoes etc. Anyone have these or other alpines? |

I wear a size 10, or 10 wide shoe. I can't wear Nikes as they are always too narrow. My A-stars boots are 44s and they fit perfectly. (Message edited by PatrickMitchell on June 30, 2009) (Message edited by PatrickMitchell on June 30, 2009) |

My A-star SMX1 boots are nice and narrow (i've got a b width foot) I did have to bump a 1/2 size from what I normally wear. My previous experience with A-stars was the MX boots I have (vector) sold me on them for road boots. Most of their others though will state if they run away from standard sizing. |

I wear a 9 in regular shoes (adidas sambas). My Alpinestars are a 41. They are tight but I like them that way for riding |

I've found that whatever Italian model they have has narrow feet and small hands. 10 wide / 10.5 in sneakers and a 45 on my SMX+ fits well (snug, but able to wiggle toes). I don't think I have large hands but needed an XL in their gloves too. |

If you check on Newenough.com, they have a writeup on the fit of every article of clothing they sell, written by the owner himself. They carry Alpinestars, so there should be some good info there. That's one of the reasons I like shopping with them. ~SM |
