Ohlins forks, thats easy... But what are the wheels??? I thought the infamous Buell Racing wheels looked the same as the standard XB wheels but made of Magnesium. Am I wrong?

Are these Buell Racing magnesium wheels, or some aftermarket company that utilize the ZTL brake?

The XBRR wheels look like stockers, but are lighter and more fragile because, as you said, they're mags. Those look like one-off machined wheels. WOW. Had to be exensive.

Got anymore pics of the whole bike?

That's the only pic I've got, I stole it from the Ohlins forks ebay actions.

Maybe someone with a better monitor can read the link on the side of the picture.

I think it says SPROCKETWERKS.ORG but that's not a good site.

is that some sorta reducing bushing to get the wheel to fit on a Buell axel? The ugly gray thing? or justa spacer?

I don't think that's a Buell wheel. But I'm right only 10% of the time.

Not a Buell wheel.

That whole bike is a custom with single sided swing arm.

It'll be a little harder than locating the wheel.

The wheels are Marchesini, with ZTL mounts welded on both sides. The bike was built by Brian Peterson.

Oh I didn't want the wheels, I was just curious.

Thanks for posting the bigger picture!

If you are wanting to do a fork swap, I'd be looking at forks to fit an aftermarket wheel for which you could get a Buell fitting rear.

That way you could get a matching front and rear wheel, you could get forks to fit just about any other wheel (Yamaha, Honda, Ducati, etc.) that would have a brake set-up you liked. You'd end up with a traditional dual disc set-up, but it'd be a lot easier to find parts. You'd have to fab up less.

I would LOVE to build a tuber with XB wheels. Some one did that here. It was AWESOME!

I'd like to go the other way. Tube to XB.

"I'd like to go the other way. Tube to XB."

I agree. Those Performance Machine wheels were one of the things I like about Tubers.

That bike is awesome! I may have weird taste but I love the look of that bike. I wonder how it would be to live with?

It's basically a "Bucati", and it's totally awesome. He could probably sell a few sets of those wheels if he cobbled up some more- not cheap, but definitely worth it.

I like the rear brake...that's a crazy cool idea.
