hate to piggy back on another thread but what size and style couplers are used on the lines connecting to the oil cooler. Kinda need the info have a small oil cooler leak and need to ride 300 mile to get home.

I pm'd you. The line inside the stainless braid is nylon hard line that will kink. Mine had leaked from day one. The line had gotten bent too tight during install and a single wire of the braid had broke over time and poked through.

1st attempt to fix it was heat shrink. The kind with sealant in it. That worked until the oil got good and hot and then the heat shrink degraded. I ended up cutting off the perm clamp on each end of the stainless and used AN flex line instead. This worked great while I was waiting for the dealer to get the line in, but the bike is gone and I have no use for the new line, that is at the dealer with my name on it.
