i was wondering if anyone else on BWB has this piece.

i know this might seem wierd but.
ever since i put that piece on the bike i get a vibration when my girl is on the bike and we hit som humps or swails and the spring compresses. if i put the factory piece back on it seems to go away.

i have looked over the piece and it does not appear to be rubbing on anything and there are no marks on the belt that i can see.

I am stumped anyone else have this problem?

Is it hitting the peg mount when the motor moves?
If so removing a little metal would do the trick.

Call Al and ask if anyone else has had similar issues.
His customer service is second to none.

No problem, sometimes a fresh set of eyes is all that's needed : )

Xb12s_streetdemon - could you post a pic of where it was rubbing? I am curious because I was thinking about buying that part. Thanks.

That is weird as s***. I put a Rizoma on my bike a couple of weeks ago and it started doing the same thing.

That makes a lot of sense. The frame and the engine probably need to move and flex independantly, and if that is disturbed, it would mess things up. Interesting. Thanks for the info. I will make sure that there is suffucuent clearance between the parts. Cheers.
