Does anyone know if an XB can be jacked up with a Latus pipe? It looks to be sturdy enough to do it, but I don't want to find out the hard way that it can't be done. Thanks in advance.

I used a 1" wide piece of wood between the jack and the muffler to spread out the load and only position it on the ends. It's pretty strong there.

Cadzilla, The pic is a touch dark on my monitor. What/where do the belts either connect or pass though the bike frame to hold it up with no dammage/scratching?

its hard to see but it looks like he looped the fan belts around the passenger footpeg brackets on both sides of the bike - nice idea.

Sorry bout the dark pic, I was cave dwelling at the time. Johnb is right I loop the fan belts around each pass footpeg brackets. Keeps bike upright and adjustable infinitely.

The answer to the original question is yes, the bike can be jacked with the Latus pipe. I got a little antsy and couldn't wait for a reply, so I gave it a try. I changed both tires, and the bike is back together again. It can be jacked up if you catch each end of the pipe as XB9 said. No problems. I like the lift idea,so I think I will try that next time. Thanks everyone.
