do i need for the lock nut on the primary chain adjuster ( the big bolt under the engine?) thanks

also, it says to rotate the engine around to find the tight spot on the chain...should i tap the starter to rotate the engine, or?

7/8".....you will also need an allen wrench to actually adjust the adjuster. The nut is just what locks it in place once adjusted......
