It seems HD has removed the Buell owner's manuals from their website. Anyone know an alternative place to find these PDFs? I am looking specifically for the 2008 1125R owners manual. Any chance one of you buellers downloaded this from the HD website when it was available online and would be willing to email it to me?

eBay 140591959284 service manual

eBay 250842209169 owners manual, other years available

Probably get abuse now as this is what normally happens, but why not ?? It's hard enough getting anything for these bikes.

Doubt this post will last too long.

Noting actual hardcopies for sale is not a problem. No idea why you'd think it would be. The problem is with bootleg copies, usually in pdf form.

80mb is too large to be the owners manual, that sounds like one of the pirated service manuals.

I wish I still had them, I had a handful of Buell owner manuals in PDF format years ago, they were a couple megabytes each.

I've been meaning to improve on the 2009 manual in the link on the front page to include relevant information for 2008 and 2010 models. The changes aren't huge, its just a matter of me whipping the books out to compare and edit.

It's the owners handbook that should come with every new bike that Bushr's after - not the service manuals ...

... a dealer should be able to order one for you, of they may have one knocking around ...

Yeah Zecca, please don't post it. Harley still owns the copyright and still sells the manuals. We have no love for the current crew running a great American corporation into a ditch, but us breaking the law isn't a solution.

The EDM manual is not free,
it's $4.95, and legal.

Not convinced about that site - in their sales terms it states:

"The Servce Manual Vault does not own, design, create or write service manuals. We do not sell service manuals."

"The modest $4.95 service charge we collect is just that. A service charge for collection, storage and delivery of digital files."

Sounds like jargonese to try and get round copyright laws.

And you cannot copy and paste the wording on the page to keep as evidence ...

It's on their sales and terms page.

Looks like that is the Electrical Diagnostic Manual.
They have no connection to HD or Buell I can see, so I can't see how it's legal/legit.

All the manuals are still available thru HD on paper.

As of last August, MSRP for the manuals were:
$20 for owner's manual
$48 for parts book
$60 each for service and electrical manuals

The only ones I saw listed are in
Dutch, Spanish, etc...none in English.
Which is maybe someone on ebay wants
$90 for one; but hey, shipping is free!
