This is directed more toward Dean, but I would like current owner's opinions. Dean, does the rt-4 have to be repacked over time like some of your other exhausts? Also, is there any chance of ceramic coating for extra $$$. I'm stationed overseas and there's not anywhere that I know of to get ceramic coating performed. How do you current owners like your RT-4?

There's only a couple out there so far, shipped out 2 more this past week though. Repacking is an option, the end caps are riveted on. The estimate I've been given is between 10-20k miles. Only one has been polished so far, but there will be more shortly. I don't have a ceramic coat option, but I think there's a sponsor here I could contact about it. I have no idea on the pricing.

The responses I've gotten so far have been very good, I'm sure some of the guys will chime in eventually with their thoughts.

Thanks for the response. Let me know what you would be able to do about coating, I don't mind the price difference if it's reasonable (I know no control on your part). I'm really excited to get a new exhaust to give my baby some balls. Your RT-4 is one of the two options I'm toying with. One for sound, two for power, three for looks. Please keep me informed. If you want to PM me with the price for ceramic coating if it's in option, please do. I'm not trying to start a new fad for you, it's just that I don't really have a way to do it here in Italy. Even if I could find a place to do it, I have no idea how to explain what I want. You would be making a military member's day.

Talked to Pete, looks like maybe $150 or so to get it coated. He does offer colors also.

$150 is very reasonable for an entire exhaust to be ceramic coated. Dean, your customer service is the stuff! I am hoping you develope a removable quiet core for your systems. Soon after, I will have one strapped on my bike!
