Can someone verify what the AFV numbers mean when they go up? Do higher numbers mean a richer mixture, and lower numbers a leaner mixture? Example 108 is richer than 100? Or 95 is leaner than 100?

Yep, you are correct. Higher means the ecm is delivering more fuel.
