A "HUGE" bike meet on lyndale and lake street in minneapolis. Like 5000 bikes of all sorts. You should come! I know its far but its worth it. Call me up if you want to 952-201-1243 ANdy | ||

If it was on a Saturday, I would! But, on a Thursday, 90min ride up(at least - that's balls to the wall up the freeway), 90min ride back.... I work till 5, by the time I change and get on the road its 6, wouldn't get there until 7:30ish. Then, leave by 9:00 at the latest and that puts me home at 10:30 - 11:00.... Not this time. I have to work in the morning.  I'm going to the Thumper Meet on June 24th up there however. Its in Elk River on a saturday at Noon. Its only for single cylinder bikes and you have to join ($30) but you do get a t-shirt and quarterly newsletter out of the deal - so its worth it. Check out http://www.fssnoc.org It's a pretty simple website, but I think its a good club. These are national events, so there should be some cool bikes that show up for sure. The Blast should be a pretty interesting bike for those KLR and Savage and old brit riders to wrap their heads around. They seem excited to check mine out, anyway. Andy Do you ever make it to Yarusso's? Sometimes I'll leave the Road King home and run the Bast up to the Joint. I'll get a lot of second looks and questions about the "cute" little bike. Chuck |
