Sorry, it was just the opposite for me. Couldn't ride longer than 20 minutes on the '06 seat. Can ride all day on the '07. |

I am saving my 06' seat for all day freeway work. The 07' is better for in town. I didn't have problems with either one, but I like the feel of the 07' better and I think it compliments the style of the bike more than the 06' does. Just my 2 cents. |

At first, the riding position felt a little cramped when going from the '06 stock to the '07 seat. Now, I'm used to it. My arse was at peace with both. |

Well I will admit I found it cramped as well, the 07 seat that is,but I suppose I will take it for another ride this weekend if not working, maybe that will change my mind. |

I went to a local seat maker and had them remove an inch of the passenger section of the seat. This gives the driver another inch of room. Might solve your problem. It cost me $25. Now I have an '06 seat that fits me. |

I installed an 07' on my bike and it took me awhile to learn to sit all the way back once underway on the Uly to prevent a sore bum. That might not be your problem but I thought I would mention it. |

I'm selling my stock 06 seat. I couldn't even guess on the shipping charges though. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show .cgi?tpc=21&post=788545#POST788545 |

I've got the '06 low seat and find it very comfortable, even on those 600 mile days. I tried the '07 seat but it seemed to have a step in the rider part of the seat that limits riding positions. The rider can sit very far forward or at the extreme rear and be on a flat seat, anywhere in between and the step becomes a real pain in the arse. |
