Saw that website Stealth...nice race-replica leathers  . Definitely would be fun to see if they can really ride or they just have fat wallets for posing. |

Unfortunately I have my heart set on a Ranger Splash.
A guy I knew had one in High School and I always thought it was a cool little truck.
I am really a big truck kinda guy; but I can probably count the times I need a truck in a year on my hands.
So I can't justify spending 40K on a monster truck.
That is what got me thinking about this hot rod project. |

I hate Ford
It wouldn't have been my first choice either, but for $1000 I couldn't pass it up.
It's the one I drove Monday night to the meeting.
Mine has an extended cab, and it's a funny dark red color. Looks burgundy most of the time, but in certain light it looks kinda purple-ish.
Maybe I'll tape it all off and have a paint Glitch's truck party.
Stealth, if it were me I'd want to start off with the most complete, straight truck I could find. You don't want to build a hot rod truck, only to find the frame won't do. When ever you straighten a frame it gets weaker. If it was only body damage, that'd be another story. |

on tires he thought you guys might be

Thanks. I fabricated some mounting hardware and drilled some holes and took off some stuff, the pics ar'nt that good but you'll get the effect.the decoration is temporary.   |

SBullet....That's killer. Looks 1 million times better with that black thing off. The CF will look Sweet. It will be slightly smaller than the chrome cover you gave me. I will fab it the exact shape of it and than you can cut/chop as you see fit. |

Stealthxb: with aftermarket sheet metal, no bumper and no pull time it still gets over $2500.00. Now that is doing it through the shop. If we did it at home and went to (Pull-A-Part) and got parts and did it, we could save about 1/2 that. Still will need some pull work and you could figure about $300.00 to $550.00.
I wish I had better news but that truck is hurt. |

New12r, Shred had Nat last night, I don't think he has her tonight though. A raid on Shred sounds fun!
I'm re-doing the SMHD&B logo to fit our needs
So, I'll be needing a couple or three volunteers.
What I'm planning on doing, is setting up a picture of three of ya'll on your bikes, in the same formation as on Stone Mountain. Then, after I get a good pic, I'll do it up in photoshop to look like Stone Mountain. Whadayathink?
