Does anyone know if there is an already existing mechanical switch assembly that can easily replace the pressure operated switch used on '08 (and later?) Ulys? Switch #3 has recently failed and if there is an existing substitution I don't have to re-invent the wheel. |

Are you talking about the banjo bolt pressure switch / brake light switch. If so, I recently replaced mine on an '08 with the following item from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000GTV0RC?psc=1&re f=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title I just had to splice the wires in under the seat because the contacts weren't the same. Very easy job. |

I don't think there's a difference with the pre-'08's. I used the same switch in my '08 - same comment as Dtm351's. |
