I'm just about to install the barnett clutch plates I got from American Sportbike.. Can I use Syn3 with this clutch? |

Yes the answer was in FAQ section of the service tab on Barnett's website: Q: Can I use synthetic oil or a synthetic blend with a Barnett clutch? A: Yes. Barnett clutches are designed to work with any type of “motorcycle specific” oil. We DO NOT recommend the use of automotive oils or additives |

For those that do not have the BIG BUCKS for a "BARNETT CLUTCH" you can do a PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT on your OEM CLUTCH which removes the SPRING PLATE(aka GRENADE PLATE) PN 37977-90 ... Want a copy of the HOW TO HELP "INFO", just PM me for a copy ... |
