If you email EBR for a ECM because... anyway... what email do you send to??? I sent one to the "info" email and hadn't received a response yet and I waited to the last minute to try to order this so I am being impatient.... Just curious... Thanks all - pete | ||

The "info" one from the EBR site is the correct one. However, "Patience", Grasshopper, is the key virtue for receiving bliss from the ethereal EBR Cyberspace especially while the Elves are knee-deep in Planning, Research, Developing, Inventing, Manufacturing and Producing the next generation of what we are all waiting for.  | ||

Another one is "tech" but (as I understand it) it should be for stuff you've bought and have questions about. | ||

Use a clear subject line: "EBR ECM for 2006 Ulysses - ordering" Use a concise email: "I would like to order an ECM for my XB12X. Engine mods: Exhaust system: Air filter/intake: Fan logic preference: Questions I have about possible choices:" "Thank you so much, and I look forward to your response." I've recently gotten excellent responses from Adam at "tech@"...and in those responses he has confirmed that yes, the Elves still talk to one another. If you send a concise email to any of the addresses...your questions/issues will be discussed, and find their way to the correct Elf. I waited to the last minute to try to order this so I am being impatient.... I had a helmet sticker on the backside of my monitor (customer-facing side as they sat at my desk) when I worked at the HD/Buell dealer in Sales: "Lack of preparation on your part does not make an emergency on mine". | ||

I outed myself in the in patience department to clear the air in regards to me posting here about it.... I have a back up plan but thanks for everyone's input... -pete | ||
